Leverage Healthie Tasks for business and project management. Create a detailed list of actions to complete on behalf of your business each week, such as billing and marketing items. Or, create a system of workflows in your business, and ensure that all tasks are completed and accounted for.
Every time you add a new client to your business, you can add a series of “Tasks” to indicate that a client has been properly onboarded. Healthie Tasks can also be prioritized, so you can easily distinguish the most crucial tasks from low-priority items.
- Share tasks and responsibilities among team members
The Healthie Task Management feature allows you to assign tasks to other providers, making it easy to delegate work and communicate with other providers virtually. Especially with more and more providers working remotely, it is easy for tasks to slip through the cracks in email inboxes or Slack channels.
When you assign a task to another provider or employee in your organization, they will be automatically notified. The task will also populate within their Healthie account until they’ve checked it off. This helps keep assigned tasks top of mind for providers and prevents anything from being forgotten. You can track the progress of the task, seeing if it’s been completed or not, eliminating the need for constant check-ins and reminders.
For account admins, a detailed list of all current, assigned, and completed tasks can be reviewed, providing a high level of business oversight.
How to Use Healthie Tasks
Creating and managing tasks within Healthie is quick and efficient. Healthie’s Task Management feature is used alongside other essential tools required to run a business — including scheduling, billing, client communication, and an EHR. By consolidating your tools, and organizing them into one accessible platform, you are able to save time and create streamlined workflows for your business.
Moreover, Healthie is a secure cloud-based platform, which means you can access your account (and Task list) from any device, at any time. With a convenient mobile app, your business and client care responsibilities remain a priority to you, even on-the-go.
Creating a new task
To create a task, click on the “Tasks” icon on the top bar of your Healthie account. You will be asked to write a description, determine the priority of the task. You will also be able to view all tasks that you have created in a summary view.
Associating a task with a client or provider
When you create a task and tag a client, the task will show up within the Client’s profile along the side navigation bar. Clients will not know that you have created a task and associated it with their profile.
There may be instances in which you’d like to create a task for another organization member to complete. If you’d like to do this, simply assign another provider to the task that you create.
When you create the task, the organization member will be notified.
You are able to set a priority level for tasks that you create within Healthie. You will be given the option of indicating that a task is “High priority” when creating a task.” You are also able to re-order tasks by dragging and dropping the tasks within the “Task Details” page.
