We’re excited to share a number of new features to make it easier for you to manage your business. Here’s what’s new:

1) New Look

We’re excited to reveal the first in a series of enhancements of the practice management tool you already love.

Healthie’s new look has dynamic navigation, so you can effortlessly maneuver through the platform. It also includes user-friendly instructions, faster load times, and other updates intended to improve your practice management experience.

Read more about it here.

Dietitian Payments

2) Up-to-date Payment Status

Most useful for: Everyone!

In the past, you needed to talk to us about the status of a payment.

Now, you can stay up to date with your payments on the Payments page. You can go to Billing >> Payments >> Transfers, and you will see an “Expected To Happen” column.

Under the status column, it will say “available” if the payment has been successfully transferred to your bank account. The status will be “pending” if the payment is not yet successfully transferred to your bank account.

Dietitian Reports

3) Export Your Reports in 1 Click

Most useful for: Small Practice Plan and above

For your records, there are times when you may want to collect all of your payment data, Superbills, and/or CMS 1500 forms in one place.

Now, there is a “Reports” tab on the left-side of your home screen, where you can access and export this data to have it all in one place!

Click on “Reports” on the left-side menu, and you will see a list of reports available for you to download. By clicking on a specific report, you will download it to your computer as a csv file.
