We’re excited to launch automated e-mails, to save you time and improve client engagement.*
Here’s how it works: if a client stops completing activities – like tracking food, weighing herself, logging blood sugar, or logging in – a reminder email will be sent. That email will automatically remind your client to login and update his information, without you having to do anything. That way, you have the data you need before your next appointment and nutrition outcomes improve.
This is a big improvement over doing it manually for each client. The old way was especially problematic because it could require sending an insecure email, if your clients did not respond to your messages in (HIPAA-compliant) Healthie.
With this new feature, however, the email will be automatically triggered, saving you time and effort and keeping your practice secure. Our goal at Healthie is to automate as many actions as possible, to save you time and also make it as easy as possible for you to build relationships with your clients.
When it goes live this week, click on your profile image in the top right hand corner of the screen to pull down the menu. Then, select ‘Email.’ You can then customize the email template to the needs of your practice.
