How many times have you mailed or emailed intake forms to a client, but never received them back in time to review before their initial appointment? Or realized you’re running out of physical copies right before a full day of clients booked back-to-back?
To reduce your paperwork and simplify your workflow, you can have all of your electronic forms right in Healthie!
The “Intake Flow” is getting an updated look to make it easier to use, for both you and your clients.
For You, The Provider
The Intake Flow is now easier to navigate. You will still access your Intake Flow from the left side menu. From there, you’ll be able to view and update your default Intake Flow, as well as any additional intake flows for specific client groups you created.
Now, you can create a new group directly from the Intake Flow screen by clicking “New Group.” Forming a new group allows you to create a another intake flow that best fits the needs of the clients you assign to your new group.
For Your Clients
Your client’s Intake Flow experience will now be improved too. Clients can access their electronic intake forms from the left side bar (previously, this was located under the profile picture drop down menu).
Additionally, clients will have more assistance completing their forms. If clients are unable to complete their forms in one sitting, there is now a Save and Finish Later button at the bottom of the intake forms. By clicking this button, your clients can come back to finish their forms at anytime.
Finally, your forms will be dated with the date you requested form completion and color-coded in the client portal. Here’s what the various colors signify:
- Red = Not Yet Started
- Yellow = Incomplete
- Purple = Skipped
- Green = Completed
