New Features: Private Documents, Accessible Reports, Better Ways to Block Off Availability & More

We’re excited to welcome December with 4 updates to the Healthie platform. Here’s what’s new:

 

1) Increased Privacy for Document Sharing

Most useful for: Everyone!

This update will further protect your clients’ personal health information. It protects the security of documents shared with and between clients. Plus, it improves the organization of your Documents page.

When you upload a private document to a client’s chart, it will only appear in their private documents, not in the general documents section. The same is true of folders: when you create a folder in a client’s profile, the folder will remain exclusively in your client’s chart, instead of also appearing in the Documents section.

2) Easily Gather Reports In One Place

Most useful for: Everyone!

This update allows you to better keep track of your business metrics.

There is now a Reports tab, to aggregate your data in one place. When you generate a report, a folder called “Generated Reports” will automatically be populated in the Documents section. This will keep all of your reports easily accessible in one place.

3) Completed Intake Forms Are No Longer Required to Use a Promo Code

Most useful for: Everyone!

Previously, clients needed to complete their intake forms in order to enter a promotion code. Now, prospective clients can enter a promo code without completing intake forms.

This is especially useful if you offer a discount code over the holidays for a free introductory session and do not need your intake process completed prior to the first appointment.

4) Block Off Availability By Appointment Type and Location

Most useful for: Everyone!

One advanced scheduling feature we offer is setting availability by appointment type and location. For example, if you offer both in-person and telehealth appointments or work from several different locations, this allows you to schedule appointments accordingly.

In the past, if you were out of the office and wanted to block off availability for in-person appointments, but still allow telehealth consultations, you couldn’t easily do this. Now, you’ll be able to override recurring availability for one specific appointment type or location, without affecting the others. You could use this if you offer telehealth appointments while traveling, but will be out of the office for in-person visits.

If you’d like to have this feature activated for your account, just let us know! Then, you’ll be able to apply availability yourself immediately.
