5 Things You May Not Have Known About Healthie


If you’re new to Healthie, you may just be getting used to all of the cool features! Today, we’re sharing a few of our favorites that you don’t want to miss out on using!

1. Promo Codes

Promo Codes are exactly what they sound like. This nifty little feature is a great way to promote your private practice. You can run deals – 25% off a Grocery Store Tour – and give new clients just one more reason to sign up! At Healthie, we¬†LOVE to help you market your practice and connect with new clients. With our Promo Code feature¬†(available under “Client Packages” on your dash!), you can manage a variety of codes, set their discounts, and delete them when the promotion ends! This is just one additional way that Healthie can help you run your own marketing campaign.

2. Customizable Automated Email Messages

At Healthie, we like to make your practice shine! That’s why we have implemented a customizable automated email message feature! You can create your own message that goes out to clients with emails such as automatic appointment reminders to add that personal touch that feels right for your unique private practice! (You can reach this feature by going to “Settings” on your provider sidebar and scrolling down to the “Email” page!)

3. Monthly Subscriptions

We understand that your relationship with your clients lasts much longer than a handful of sessions here or there. That is why we offer a way to set up a monthly billing subscription. With this method, your client is billed once a month so you can worry less about payments and do what you do best – work with your clients!

You can set up this function by creating a client package and setting the billing to “Monthly.”

4. Individualize what your client tracks

Not every client is the same and we don’t expect you to treat them that way! With our client app, we let you, the provider, choose what tracking metrics your clients has access to so that you can ensure that they are staying on track and continuing to get the care that they need. You can choose what tracking metrics you want available to all clients by selecting “Entries” under your Settings tab on the sidebar. Otherwise, if you want to specify what one individual client is able to track, you can make those modifications by going into their own individual client profile, select “Actions,” and then, “Settings.”

5. Credit Card & Insurance Collection for Auto-filling

We value your time above all else! With Healthie, we want to make administrative tasks like scheduling and billing take little to no time at all. That is why we have included an auto-filling function! We have created our own special templates for billing and insurance information collection that goes out right with your intake forms. So when your client enters their information in once, you will never have to enter it again! This allows for fast, easy billing with just a click of the button and insurance forms such as CMS 1500s and Super bills pre-filled for your client’s needs!
